Episode 130 - No Labels, No Limits podcast with Andrea Rowe, Copywriter and Communications Strategist
On today's podcast, we’re joined by Andrea Rowe. copywriter and communications strategist who lives with her husband and two children on a sand dune tucked into the corner of a coastal national park and the southern edge of Australia.
She is obsessed with finding the right words to connect people and purpose. She's a professional copywriter of newsletters
and communications strategies for some of Australia and New Zealand’s most respected not for profits and charities.
She has first-hand knowledge of nonprofits as the proud Founder and President of the Peninsula Writers’ Club, which serves writers in the Mornington Peninsula of Victoria, Australia.
Some of us dream about working from the road (I’m one). Andrea’s done that. She’s traveled Australia TWICE with her 2 kids and husband for months on end, working from their camper trailer. An experience she calls “the best adventure.”
If that’s not inspiring enough… On weekends and by the light of the midnight writing moon, Andrea is also a children’s author with her first book out in January 2021.
In this episode with Andrea, you'll learn/hear how...
1. She knew from a young age that words and stories paved the way for her.
2. How she narrowed her skills and experiences to zero in on her passions and priorities, and what happened when she did.
3. How she manages her family, health, professional, community, and writing while traveling around Australia, living in different countries, and managing RA.
She also serves up strategic communications mentoring to a whole bunch of impactful businesses, connecting communities with causes and services that make a difference.
